CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation) Guidelines

Purpose

WDYT is committed to providing a safe and respectful platform for all users. To this end, we have established strict guidelines to identify, prevent, and address any content or behavior that constitutes child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any form of sexual exploitation or endangerment of children. Violations of these guidelines will result in immediate action, including content removal, account termination, and reporting to appropriate legal authorities.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

1. Sexual Exploitation of Children

  • Any form of media, text, images, videos, or digital content that depicts or promotes the sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of children.

  • Any discussions or forums soliciting, encouraging, or glorifying CSAE.

2. Grooming Activities

  • Engaging in actions designed to gain the trust of a child with the intent to exploit them sexually, including building inappropriate relationships or manipulating their emotions.

  • Sending sexually explicit messages or materials to minors.

3. Sextortion

  • Coercing, blackmailing, or extorting a minor to produce sexually explicit content or to engage in sexual acts.

  • Threatening harm to a child or their family in exchange for sexual favors or materials.

4. Child Sex Trafficking

  • Promoting, facilitating, or engaging in the trafficking of children for sexual purposes, including recruitment or solicitation.

5. Promotion of CSAE

  • Sharing, distributing, or promoting any materials that depict or glorify CSAE.

  • Providing instructions or encouragement on how to exploit children or evade detection.

Reporting and Enforcement

1. User Responsibilities

  • Users must report any suspected CSAE content or behavior through the in-app reporting tools or by contacting [Insert Contact Email].

  • Users are strictly prohibited from engaging with or amplifying CSAE-related content.

2. Moderation and Action

  • Any reported content or behavior will be reviewed by trained moderators.

  • Confirmed violations will result in the immediate removal of content, permanent account bans, and reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies or child protection organizations.

3. Collaboration with Authorities

  • WDYT cooperates fully with law enforcement and child protection agencies to address CSAE cases.

  • User data may be shared with authorities as required by law to aid in investigations and prosecution.

Preventative Measures

1. Content Monitoring

  • Employ human moderators to identify and flag CSAE content.

  • Implement user-reported filtering mechanisms to prevent the upload of prohibited materials.

2. User Verification

  • Require users to meet the minimum age requirement of 15 years.

  • Conduct periodic audits and account reviews to ensure compliance.

3. Educational Resources

  • Provide resources to educate users about recognizing and preventing CSAE.

  • Offer guidance on how to report suspicious activity both on and off the platform.

By strictly enforcing these guidelines and collaborating with global child protection organizations, we aim to create a platform that is free from CSAE-related content and behavior. Violators will face the full extent of the law in addition to platform-based enforcement.
